Mat MaloneCEO

Mat Malone is the Chief Executive Officer of DataCare, where he leads strategy, product, and operations to deliver innovative software that helps medical management teams work faster and smarter. Over his more than twenty-year tenure with DataCare, Mat has helped shape the company’s technology and culture — from early product development through large-scale platform modernization and the introduction of advanced automation and AI capabilities.

Paulo Franca, Ph.DChief Innovation Advisor & Founder

Dr. Franca has a long and successful track record of developing innovative information technology and services. Prior to co-founding DataCare, he has held various management and development roles including a university department chair. Paulo received his doctorate in computer science from UC Berkeley and did undergraduate work in computer science at the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. He is also the author of a C++ workbook that has been translated into 5 languages.

Andrew WachterSenior Director of User Services

Andrew Wachter leads our business analysis and customer support teams. A skilled problem solver, he brings a deep knowledge of DataCare’s software to his role helping organizations integrate our technology into their business processes. Prior to managing major accounts, Andrew served in a number of management positions in DataCare development and customer service operations.
