Paulo Franca, Ph.DPresident & CTO

Dr. Franca has a long and successful track record of developing innovative information technology and services. Prior to co-founding DataCare, he has held various management and development roles including a university department chair. Paulo received his doctorate in computer science from UC Berkeley and did undergraduate work in computer science at the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. He is also the author of a C++ workbook that has been translated into 5 languages.

Mat MaloneV.P. of Engineering

Mat Malone’s extensive experience with database-driven smart documents, workflows, role-based dashboards, and EDI services for medical providers and bill review systems makes him ideal to lead our technology product group. Since 2003, Mat has been a major contributor to the company’s leading-edge SaaS software technology. He holds a BS in computer science from the University of California at Santa Cruz.

Andrew WachterSenior Director of User Services

Andrew Wachter leads our business analysis and customer support teams. A skilled problem solver, he brings a deep knowledge of DataCare’s software to his role helping organizations integrate our technology into their business processes. Prior to managing major accounts, Andrew served in a number of management positions in DataCare development and customer service operations.
